Grilled Pork Loin
Aluminum Pan Pork Loin Riley’s All-Purpose Seasoning Hickory Chips 1.Cover bottom of pan with Riley’s All-Purpose 2.Rub Riley’s on all sides of pork loin 3.Cook on gas or charcoal grill. Cook with indirect heat. 4.Place hickory chips on charcoal. If using a gas grill use a hickory box to hold your chips. 5.Cook until inside meat reaches 160-170 degrees (about 1 ½ – 2 hours) 6.Baste meat with juices from pan
