Jane's Twice Baked Potatoes

5 lb. bag potatoes
1 stick butter
1 8oz. package cream cheese
1 cup sour cream (add milk for thickness)
2 tbs. Riley’s Granulated Garlic
2 tbs. Riley’s Garlic & Pepper ( or to your taste)
2 tbs. Riley’s All Purpose Seasoning (or to your taste)
1 large size bag Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Let cream cheese and butter set to soften. Peel and boil potatoes until tender, mash, whip butter, sour cream, cream cheese and milk as needed. Add Garlic & Pepper, and Granulated Garlic, All Purpose Seasoning. Spread into two 9 by 13 inch baking pans sprayed with Pam or butter. Sprinkle shredded cheese over potatoes, and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees or until cheese is melted.
